Hi! ^^
It's been a long time since last journal (or any last activity other than logging in and out quickly). I'm really busy with this semester's laboratory, and it's going worse and worse every week, so I have to work a lot to stay afloat... It's really depressing. But there's only 3 weeks left, and then the exam! ^^ I don't even care anymore for the mark, I just want it to end quickly!!! I want summer! (even if I'll probably have 3 weeks of summer workshop after this, but that's not so bad c: )
A good thing is, that before things went for the worst, me and my friend managed to set up our storenvy store! We were really looking forward to make this step, but everytime something happened (most likely school, but also the fact we decided to give away all the first batch of notebooks to our friends for Christmas ^^, and we had to restart again) and we had to postpone the "launch"
I know our little notebooks are going to be pretty expensive for anyone outside Europe, because of shipping, but I hope you'll still like to have a look at the shop (if you didn't already, in that case, thanks!): giravolta.storenvy.com/
And I hope you'll like them! Maybe one day we'll put up pictures of the stamps and the making of... It's really fun to make them (when you don't make mistakes ^^)
I already uploaded one of mine weeks ago... And I'm sorry it's like the last thing I uploaded... I'm just too busy to make anything... But I've made some new illustrations and lettering for the laboratory's magazine, so when it's all ended I'll probably let you see!
And... do you remember the strange, collaborative, surrealist contest I joined tons of months ago?
Last week I received a note stating that my team won first prize! ^^ I'm really shocked, because I would not know how to judge such random things But I'm happy too, of course, since that also means I'll get a 3 months PM, among the prices. I know it's not so different from the "commoner one"... But some features are nice and I'd really like to just try them!
Ah, here is the contest journal, if you'd like to see the grotesque things that came out from the contest! ^^

Well, and that's all!
Thank you for reading and have a nice week-end! c:

Kickstarting the New Year - Contests and BuJo?
Hi everyone,
since beginning the New Year is always difficult and I don't want to end up like last year (one artwork each month in the best cases XD) I thought I might join another Participate in Contests Contests, like the one I joined two years ago.
Those are held by the group Contest-Office (https://www.deviantart.com/contest-office), and basically you are given points for joining contests ^^
Since I was already thinking of partecipating in the Art Nouveau contest like last year, I thought it wouldn't hurt to get the (eventual) entry into this contest too! Also, I read a lot of interesting contest journals and character bios that sound really interesting.
It's a bit late sin
Happy Holidays (and watchers feature #5!)
Hi everyone!
I'm pretty late for Christmas, but I still want to wish you all happy holidays from the bottom of my heart!
I know this year I haven't been very active (and that I already wrote this last year :(), but while hoping next year will be better (I seriously need a schedule to make that happen!), I'm still very grateful for the watchers and friends I got here, so I felt it would be a good idea to keep this little tradition of the holiday feature!
This year I'm only doing one because I realised it was going to be as long as last year's second one. Due to my inactivity the new watchers were very few, while many old ones likely left the
Inktober... help?
Hey there!
How are you all?
I can't believe it's been so long since I last wrote a journal...
I've been on at my lowest with motivation this year, I guess. Most of the days skip by, and I'm too tired to do anything but going to work and read, and listening to music. Basically, the only productive things I do are at my job place. It's kind of unsettling, but let's see if I can change the trend :D
So, I really wanted to do Inktober this year, but yesterday I visited the official website to see the prompt list and... it really didn't click with me. There's something interesting, yes, but also a lot of spooky and grim prompts and... I get it's
Happy New Year (and watcher feature #4b)
Hey all,
this is a bit belated, but I wanted to wish you a joyful, happy and productive (in art or anything else you want to pursue) new year 2018!
I'm very grateful for all of you, who for some reason decided to watch me during these years, so it's here this year too, this special feature including all my watchers (minus the newest ones who already got their feature for Christmas), to say thanks and to show how much you've grown in this last year!
As always, some of you got really, really better, and I'm amazed by the quality of the things I put together this year... sometimes I really didn't know what to choose!
It's also true that, sin
